Term & Conditions: "Cash payments are accepted at the door; however, everyone must complete this on-line registration, first".Limited Admission (25) therefore, admission will be considered as follows: First, "Pre-Paid Registrations", then the "Online-Pre-Registered", without payment.

On-line Registration may be accepted up to 5 days prior to date of class. Late, On-line Registration maybe accepted, if space is available, request permission via email no later than the Friday before the date of class. 

Cancellations - We would appreciate the curtesy of a cancellation notice at least 5 days before date of class, via email ncceu@elader.com . If our records show that  you have registered more than once and failed to give proper notice, or a "no show", then your name will be banded from our roster in the future. 

Mail-in Pre-Payments, if time permits, to secure admission, you may elect to submit your payment via the Mail-in-Registration form.

Your cancellation notice must be received, via email, ncceu@elader.com , at least five (5) days before date of class in order to receive a full refund. If so, your payment will be returned to the address on your registration form, within 3 business days of your email cancellation notice. No refund will be considered after cancellation period stated above, no makeup class granted for missed class. Exception: Full refunds for "class" cancellations.
