Q: What payment methods do you offer?

A: We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and bank transfers, on-line through a secured transaction; NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO ORDER ON LINE because after your payment is processed, you will receive a detailed order and shipping confirmation, via email.

Q: Can I purchase by mail?

A: We welcome mail orders. To order, you should make your selections on-line, print a copy of your order from the View Cart screen, and mail it along with your general information, Check, Certified funds (cashier's check or Money Order). Your order will be held until the check clears. If you provide us with a telephone number or email address, we will notify you when check clears.

  • Money Order - The money order must be in U.S. funds. Please make sure your name and invoice number is on the money order. If you fail to include your money order, we will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do not ship orders until we receive payment.

  • Checks : The check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.

     A $36 fee will be charged for returned checks.

    No "starter" checks will be accepted. Your name must be pre-printed on the check.

    Your current physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or hand written on the check. Note: UPS can not ship to a PO Box.

    Q: Can I place an order by phone or fax?

    A: For your protection, we do not accept orders by telephone, email, or by fax ( Except on rare occasions).


    Q: Will my face breakout from using these products?

    A: Our basic skin care line Facial Cleanser and Day Toning Lotion were blended for specific skin types. Some of our products are designed to detoxify the skin, which draws impurities to the surface, you may experience white heads for a short period of time. If you have chosen the correct products for your skin type, then you should see improvement within 4 to 6 weeks. After such time, if your skin does not improve to some degree, we suggest to discontinue use.

    Q: I have severe acne scaring, can these products restore my skin damage?

    A: These products will not reverse deep tissue damage, but they can help restore the health and vitality to your skin. You will have to use the products over time to see if your appearance improves. Permanent scares may be treated by a dermatologist.

    Q: How should I care for my products?

    A: Our products are from natural source preservatives and should be keep out of direct sun light and stored at room temperature. Naturally, leaving containers open introduces new bacteria and removing creams with hands will cause the preservatives to lose their potency and effectiveness; the product will decompose at a faster rate. Above consideration and refrigerating any unused products after 3 months of opening will prolong shelf life to up to 8-12 months.

    Q: I have allergies, can I use these natural products?

    A: We suggest testing the products 24 hours before use. If you’re sure that at least one of the ingredients causes an allergic reaction, then don’t take the risk.

    Q: Will this product burn my skin?

    A: We have avoided using concentrated alcohol, however, some of our organically-based, compound ingredients does contain a low percentage of alcohol derivatives. If your skin is highly sensitive due to acne or a pre-existing disorder, you may experience a slight sensation for the first few minutes. If this a prolong sensation, discontinue use.

    Q: How long will the product last.

    A: E'Lader Cosmetics Corp uses 100% raw ingredients or natural based ingredients in all of our products. Our preservatives are also of 100% natural (Essential Oils, Vitamin E/C, Raw Honey, Rosemary Extract, Thyme Extract), which will give our creams and lotions a 6-12 month shelf life. Because of the natural process of our products some separation my occur, simply stir or shake before use. Please store at room temperature and out of direct sun light, refrigerate any unused lotions or creams after 3 months, it will prolong the shelf life.
