When contacting us via, telephone or email, please provide us with your order number and shipping tracking number from your purchase invoice.

Security Alert: we will never ask you for credit card, check number etc., or personal information by sending you an email. If we do contact you by telephone or by email, we will address you by your full name, and state the order number in question to confirmation authentication. Your welcome to confirm your notice by sending us an email or by telephone.

When your products arrive, inspect for damaged goods immediately before signing for the package, if possible. 

You should open the package while the driver is still present to check for damages. If the package was left, you should, contact the shipper the same day to report damages. Use the tracking number that you were issued with the order to file a claim regarding the damaged goods, you must file claims within 3 days of receipt. After filing your claim and you are not satisfied with the outcome, contact us within 3 days of your claim so that we can follow-up. We packaged our products to standards, however, it is not faulty-handling proof; however, we apologize for your inconvenience.

Late Shipments

If your shipment does not arrive on schedule, it may be due to inclement weather conditions, wrong address information or a host of other factors. Use the tracking number that was issued to you to contact the carrier. After you have made contact with the carrier and your shipment still hasn't arrived within 3 days of contact, contact us so that we can file a claim.

Lost Shipments

If the carrier can not find your shipment, file a lost shipment claim. Contact us so that we can follow-up. In the meantime, we will work on researching the missing shipment, we also need answers as to what went wrong. As soon as we have confirmed the correct shipping information with the carrier, we will contact you. If at that time your order has not been delivered, we will give you the opportunity to reorder (Free Shipping) so you’ll have the products that you need. NOTE: Your re-order must be called in within 10 days of filing your claim so that we can adjust the shipping cost, and your re-order must be identical to the initial order.

Back Orders

We do not Back Order products. If you place an order and we are out of that product, your packing slip will reference that "Out of Stock item". We will issue a refund check immediately upon processing your pre-paid order.
