We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and bank transfers on-line through a secured transaction "PayPal"; NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO ORDER ON-LINE because after your payment is processed, you will receive a detailed invoice and shipping confirmation, via email.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, cut off time is 2:00 (EST). All orders received after that time will be processed next business day.

We do not provide same day shipping, if you are in a hurry for an order, be sure to order early. Our normal lead time for shipping out orders are 24 - 48 hours from the time the order is received, both on-line and mail orders, and 3-5 days during the Holiday Season (Oct-Dec).

Shipping method; if "P.O. Box" is used for Ship-To address, USPS is the ONLY carrier allowed. USPS is NOT an option when shipping to a "Non P.O. Box" address.

We do not ship to a third-party address, if you are paying with a credit card, or echeck on-line. All shipping addresses must be confirmed, matching the records of the credit card or bank account issuers.

Sales tax: There are no sales tax on purchases made outside of N.C., within the U.S. A.

International shipping charges are based on air mail service and extra shipping charge might be added if the cost exceeds the charge you've already paid.

Additionally, your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages shipped.
